Katriona Saguaro

Katriona started singing as soon as she could talk and was compelled to never stop.  She began her journey of performing in community theater at the ripe old age of 8yrs playing roles both comic and dramatic and by the time she was 12yrs she’d twice sung solo at an annual Easter sunrise service in front of 10,000 people at the Verizon Amphitheater in Irvine.

In 2007 she was cast as the speaking voice of Berdoo Bear an animatronic critter created by Garner Holt on display at the San Bernardino California Welcome Center.  Katriona fell in love with vintage movies and music in her early childhood and favored singers such as Doris Day, Helen Forrest and Margaret Whiting and was already familiar with orchestra leaders such as Harry James and Artie Shaw. In July of 2015 Katriona was accepted as one of the top 40 contestants in the Great American Songbook Academy week headed up by Michael Feinstein where she performed at the Palladium at the Center for Performing Arts in Carmel Indiana.  On November 7th 2015 she will be performing at the Michael Feinstein Concert at the Segerstrom Concert Hall in Costa Mesa.
